1. Required Code of Conduct
We are committed to ensuring the safety of, and providing an enjoyable experience for all community members. Please adhere to the community's code of conduct. Violations of the required code of conduct may result in actions such as post removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the issue.
① Prohibition of Violence and Criminal Activities
Acts of violence, including but not limited to personal or group attacks, harassment, and incitement of violence, are strictly prohibited. Posting content related to dangerous individuals or organizations, assisting in harm, promoting criminal activities, suicide or self-harm, or contraband items is also strictly forbidden. Violators will have their posts removed and face permanent bans.
② Prohibition of Hateful and Sensitive Content
To ensure friendly interactions among users from diverse cultural backgrounds, the community strictly prohibits the posting of content including but not limited to, hate speech, violence, cruelty, sexual solicitation, adult sexual activities, or child exploitation. Content related to social controversies, discrimination, politics, religion, factionalism, secret organizations, or unrelated social activities is also prohibited. Violators will have their posts removed and face permanent bans.
③ Originality and Copyright Protection
All posted content must respect copyright laws. Sharing, quoting, or imitating another person’s work without the copyright holder’s consent is strictly prohibited. If you need to use someone else’s content, obtain permission from the original creator and clearly credit the source. Content that infringes on others’ rights will be officially removed. Repeat offenders or those engaging in malicious violations will face varying suspension periods depending on the severity of the breach.
④ Prohibition of Impersonating Official or Personal Accounts
Intentionally mimicking the names or signature details of others or official accounts to cause confusion, harm the rights of the account owner, or commit identity theft or fraud is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of such malicious actions, account details will be reset, and varying suspension periods will be applied depending on the severity of the situation.
⑤ Prohibition of Account-Related Transactions
To protect users' personal information and private property, the community strictly prohibits any form of game account trading, posting or offering training services, or facilitating contact for such purposes. Additionally, posting requests for related transactions or services is not allowed. Violators will have their posts removed and face varying suspension periods depending on the severity of the offense.
⑥ Prohibition of Advertising and Hacking Activities
Posting or spreading any form of advertisements, phishing links, illegal software, or viruses is strictly prohibited. Such content will be deleted upon confirmation, and varying suspension periods will be applied depending on the severity of the violation. Repeated offenses or serious cases will result in permanent bans.
Notice: Do not trust posts from other users about third-party top-ups, free top-ups, or similar offers. Be cautious of PO texts or content prompting you to leave this site and visit external links. Do not input your account password, personal information, or bank account details recklessly. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by actions taken on external third-party platforms that lack official verification.
⑦ Prohibition of Posting Leaked or Unpacked Content
Posting or sharing information that has not been officially provided (e.g., data obtained through unpacking) is strictly prohibited. While speculation based on officially announced details about new versions or characters is allowed, creating content based on leaked information from unofficial sources is also considered unauthorized content. Such content will be deleted upon detection, and varying suspension periods will be applied depending on the severity of the violation.
⑧ Prohibition of Personal Information Disclosure
Do not disclose your own or others' personal or private information. Any related content will be deleted upon discovery.
⑨ Prohibition of Other Violations
All actions that exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain unfair advantages, as well as spreading content that compromises community safety or user security, are strictly prohibited. Such content will be officially removed, and suspension periods will be applied based on the severity of the violation.
2. Content Posting Compliance
All content posted in the community must comply with the relevant guidelines and agreements. Content or users that do not adhere to these standards will face penalties based on the severity.
① Relevance
Posted content must be related to the NIKKE game or community activities, and unrelated advertisements or spam should be avoided. Additionally, your content should align with the designated category and theme tags. Avoid posting meaningless content, spamming, misleading titles, or excessively mimicking character speech in a way that negatively impacts others.
② Respectful Language
Please use polite and respectful language when posting content. Avoid rude expressions, potentially misleading statements, or any language intended to deliberately cause discomfort to others.
③ Images and Videos
When posting image or video content, ensure that it remains appropriate and promotes positivity.
④ Link Sharing
When sharing external links, ensure the content is safe and does not cause confusion or misunderstandings for other users.
3. Community Interaction Etiquette
When interacting with other users, please uphold the community's etiquette and contribute to a harmonious atmosphere. Violators will face penalties based on the severity of their actions.
① Friendly Interaction
Maintain a friendly attitude during interactions and respect others' opinions to avoid conflicts and disputes.
② Rational
Discussion
Engage in rational communication when discussing game strategies, characters, and similar topics. Avoid deliberately posting content that may provoke disputes or escalate conflicts.
③ Respect for Others
Respect all community members, including both novice and experienced users. Show consideration for others' content and present your own views rationally. Avoid unwarranted criticism or attacks of any kind.
④ Embracing Diverse Perspectives
Respect different cultures and viewpoints. Avoid acts of hate, prejudice, criticism of others, or imposing personal preferences or hobbies on others.
4. Handling of Violations, Reporting, and Appeals
Warnings and Restrictions
For violations of community guidelines, the Community Management Team will impose penalties based on the severity of the offense. These measures include, but are not limited to:
l Issuing warnings to users who violate the guidelines
l Deleting content that violates the guidelines
l Temporary or permanent account suspension
l Resetting usernames or signatures that violate the guidelines
Violation Reporting Guidelines
If you encounter content that violates our guidelines or contains malicious information, please use the reporting tools to notify us. Together, we can maintain a positive community environment.
a. Reporting via the Reporting Tool
If you find a post or comment that violates our regulations, press the button located in the upper-right corner of the detailed post screen or the right side of the comment to report it.
b. Reporting via Customer Support Email
If you cannot report the issue using the community platform or need to provide evidence of a violating user’s behavior, attach relevant screenshots and email them to Customer Support: service_support@levelinfinite.com.
Appeal for Protection of Rights
If you have questions regarding penalties imposed on you, please capture a screenshot of your notification screen showing your Community ID and nickname, and send it to Customer Support via email: service_support@levelinfinite.com. Community administrators will provide an explanation of the penalty and relevant records. If the explanation is unsatisfactory, you may reply to contest the penalty. Should the penalty be deemed unjust, it will be revoked.
5. Statement
Community users are required to adhere not only to the provisions of this document but also to the User Service Terms and Conditions of the community website. The right to interpret these guidelines lies solely with us. These regulations may be updated in accordance with the evolving needs of the community, and any updates will take immediate effect upon release.
Individual community members are solely responsible for their actions. We disclaim all liability for the behavior of individual members. Actions and statements by community administrators or board managers, other than administrative actions they perform, reflect their personal opinions and do not represent our official stance.
